DJ’s Photo Studio provides amateur photos to view, and send as e-cards free of charge. You can use this service for any legal meanings. Do NOT use this service for any illegal acts. This service is provided as is without any warranties. Specially we cannot be held responsible for any in cyber space lost e-cards and related messages. It is the users own responsibility to check spelling of sender and receiver names and related e-mail addresses.

Printing, downloading and ordering of photo gifts

All photos are the work of the published owner. Every owner gives general permission to use the photos for any private use including printing on photo gifts through our printing providers, downloading, publishing in private or company intern printed or electronic publications. You may also use any photo downloaded in single graphic designs, integrated in other designs as far as the end product is not used in mass production. All photos are suitable for printing in high quality in 5 x 7”, most photos still print in very good quality in sizes up to 12 X 20”. Before ordering large prints or poster size prints view the desired photo in full view in your web browser to determine its quality and suitability for your needs. All other conditions shipping methods and delivery time please check on order with the chosen supplier.

Registered Users

All personal data provided at registration is used by DJ’s Photo Studio for administration purposes only. Private data will not be made accessible to third parties or used for advertising. In the near future DJ’s Photo Studio may send a Newsletter to your e-mail address up on important events. DJ’s Photo Studio is providing 1 GB of free disc space to showcase your photographic work, print your work on available printing services to discounted rates. Showcase and sell your work through DJ’s Photo Studio to the general public. Enjoy and rate other members work. The service is provided as is. The user is strongly advised to keep original copies of his work on his own computer or an appropriate backup server. DJ’s Photo Studio cannot be held responsible for any loss due to server down times, failing server, change or ending of the offered service. DJ’s Photo Studio is an open Internet site and made to be visited by the general public. We do not provide space to backup your photos or other material. We also do not tolerate any material uploaded, which is illegal, unlawful, or not family friendly. Every illegal material, material containing hate, brutality, porn uploaded will be deleted and the user account canceled without any warning. We do tolerate tasteful nude photography as far as it stays family friendly and it can be shown to children. By showcasing and selling your uploaded photos, you declare, that all work is your own artwork and free of rights of third parties. You also declare, that you have permission or are in possession of a model release for all persons shown in your public work. You further declare that you have permission or are in possession of a property release where appropriate property is shown in your artwork.
